Encourage students to take tests at the scheduled time

What would you do to encourage students to take their tests at the regularly scheduled time? Simply leave a comment stating what your current policy is. Perhaps it is a grade deduction for taking the test late. Or, maybe you have an idea for how to curtail or manage this issue. We will be asking adjuncts, full-time instructors, and administrators for their ideas and want to encourage you to use the blog to express your ideas now and in future quarters. Once we receive your comments, Lisa will condense them into an article for fall along with a new question to which you may respond through the blog.
